Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of digital products sold on https://zelyo-playbook.com (the "Website"), including the ebook The Corporate Playbook: How Work Actually Works, and How to Stop Getting Played (the "Product").

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Seller

The Product is sold by:

2. Product

The Product is a digital ebook in PDF format, delivered by download. Its main features (subject, length, contents) are described on the sales page before purchase.

The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax or career advice for your specific situation. Laws mentioned in the Product mainly refer to the United States, may differ where you live, and may change. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make. Examples and figures in the Product are illustrations based on stated assumptions, not promises or predictions of results.

3. Price

The price is shown on the sales page in US dollars (USD). Where sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase (for example VAT for customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom), it is calculated and shown at checkout. Any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your own bank or card provider are your responsibility.

We may change our prices at any time. The price applied is the one shown at the time you place your order.

4. Order and payment

You order by completing the order form on the Website and paying online. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal) through the systeme.io platform. We never see or store your full card details.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

5. Delivery

The Product is delivered electronically. After payment, you receive a download link by email, usually within a few minutes. If you have not received it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@zelyo-playbook.online

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom: under applicable consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once delivery has started, provided that you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. By ticking the corresponding box on the order form, you give this agreement and acknowledgement.

If you have not yet downloaded or opened the Product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@zelyo-playbook.com. Once the Product has been downloaded or opened, all sales are final, because digital content cannot be returned, except where the law requires otherwise or where the Product is defective or not as described.

In all cases, if the Product is defective or does not match its description, contact us and we will provide a corrected file or a refund.

7. License and intellectual property

The Product and all its content (text, scripts, templates, cover, design) are protected by copyright and belong to the Seller.

When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read and use it for your own personal purposes. You may use the scripts and templates in your own professional life.

You may not, without our written permission: copy, share, resell, give away, publish, upload or distribute the Product or any substantial part of it, including in courses, websites, social media or AI training datasets.

8. Liability

We take care to provide accurate and useful content, but we do not guarantee any particular result (for example a raise, a job offer or a specific outcome in a negotiation). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.
